1. Acceptance
By using idpixo ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
idpixo provides free, browser-based utilities (ID photo maker, image compressor, QR code generator, and similar tools). All processing happens locally on your device. We never receive copies of your files.
3. Your content, your rights
You retain all rights to the images and content you process. Because processing is local, we never obtain a copy and cannot license, sell, or use your content in any way.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the tools to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others, and must not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In particular, tool outputs (including ID photo crops, background replacements, compressed images, and QR codes) are not guaranteed to meet the requirements of any government agency, institution, or third party. You are solely responsible for verifying that any output meets the requirements of its intended use before submitting it anywhere.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, idpixo and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any consequence of an output not meeting a third party's requirements.
7. Advertising
The Service is free. We may display advertising (such as Google AdSense) to support its operation. Ads are clearly distinguishable from tool content and are governed by the ad network's own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
